1. General Policy
- All purchases made through our platform are subject to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- By ordering services from Foxnett, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to these terms.
- Refunds, when applicable and approved, are strictly issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
2. Refund Eligibility
A. Hosting Services (Cloud, VPS, WordPress, Windows Hosting)
- A 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies exclusively to first-time hosting accounts.
- If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may formally request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
- Exclusions: The 14-day guarantee does not apply to:
- Renewals of existing hosting plans.
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Custom setup fees, migration fees, or paid add-on services.
B. Domain Registrations & Renewals
- No refunds are provided for domain name registrations, renewals, or inbound transfers once they have been processed.
- This strict policy is due to the non-refundable costs we immediately incur with ICANN and top-level domain (TLD) registries upon registration.
C. Third-Party Services (Google Workspace, Zoho, AWS, Digital Ocean, etc.)
- Refunds are not available for third-party cloud services, licenses, or external subscriptions procured through Foxnett.
- These services are billed precisely according to the respective upstream provider’s non-refundable policies.
D. VPS & Dedicated Resources
- Standard VPS plans are covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee for the first order only.
- Refunds will be explicitly denied for instances of high-resource abuse, severe policy violations, or intentional network misuse.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your service at any time through your Foxnett client dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellations must be submitted before the generation of your next billing cycle invoice to avoid unwanted renewal charges.
- Data Loss Warning: Once a service is cancelled and terminated, all associated data is deleted permanently from our servers. Please ensure you have securely downloaded all necessary backups prior to initiating a cancellation.
4. Strictly Non-Refundable Services
For absolute clarity, the following products and services are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Domain names (registration, renewal, transfer)
- Issued SSL certificates
- Software and control panel licenses
- Setup, administrative, or installation fees
- Any service suspended due to AUP/ToS violations
5. Refund Processing Timeframes
- Approved refunds will be processed by our billing department within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only (e.g., credit card, PayPal). No exceptions can be made for alternative routing.
- For international customers, foreign currency refunds may slightly vary in final value due to fluctuating exchange rates applied by your bank at the time of processing.
