1. General Policy
- All purchases are subject to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- By ordering services from Foxnett, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
- Refunds, if applicable, are issued only to the original payment method used.
2. Refund Eligibility
A. Hosting Services (Cloud, VPS, WordPress, Windows Hosting)
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to first-time hosting accounts only.
- If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds do not apply to:
- Renewals of hosting plans.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Setup fees or add-on services (if any).
B. Domain Registrations & Renewals
- No refunds are provided for domain registrations, renewals, or transfers once processed.
- This is due to costs incurred with domain registries.
C. Third-Party Services (Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, Zoho CRM, AWS, Digital Ocean, etc.)
- Refunds are not available for third-party services, licenses, or subscriptions.
- These services are billed according to the respective provider’s policies.
D. VPS & Dedicated Resources
- VPS plans are covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee for the first order.
- Refunds will not be issued for high-resource abuse, policy violations, or misuse.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your service at any time through your Foxnett client dashboard or by contacting support.
- Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.
- Once cancelled, your data may be deleted permanently. Please ensure you take backups before cancelling.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Domain names (registration, renewal, transfer).
- SSL certificates once issued.
- Software licenses.
- Setup or installation fees (if applicable).
- Any service suspended/terminated due to AUP/ToS violations.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only (no exceptions).
- Foreign currency refunds may vary due to exchange rates at the time of processing.
