By participating in this program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions established by Foxnett Digital Solutions Private Limited (“Foxnett”). These terms securely govern your participation and the commissions you may earn from referring new customers to our infrastructure.
1. Commission Structure
We value our partners and offer a flat-rate commission for referring qualified new hosting customers. You will earn:
- 10% Commission on all qualifying new sales for our core hosting environments.
Eligible Services: The 10% commission applies only to the initial purchase of the following services:
- Shared Web Hosting
- Cloud Hosting
- Node.js Hosting
- Django Hosting
- Python Hosting
- Managed WordPress Hosting
2. Excluded Services (Zero Commission)
To maintain sustainable pricing and account for fixed upstream costs, commissions are strictly not paid on the sale of the following services:
- Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and Dedicated Resources.
- Domain Names (Registrations, Renewals, and Transfers).
- Third-Party Services (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, AWS, Digital Ocean, third-party licenses).
- SSL Certificates, dedicated IP addresses, and custom setup/migration fees.
- Renewals of any existing hosting plans (commissions apply to the initial sign-up term only).
3. Payouts & Holding Periods
- Holding Period: To account for our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee and prevent chargeback fraud, all earned commissions are subject to a standard holding period (typically 30–45 days) before they are marked as cleared and eligible for withdrawal.
- Thresholds: Commission payouts are subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold as defined in your affiliate dashboard.
- Refunds: If a referred customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, any pending or paid commission associated with that specific transaction will be immediately reversed and deducted from your affiliate balance.
4. Prohibited Promotional Activities
To protect the integrity of the Foxnett brand, the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination from the program:
- Self-Referrals: Using your own affiliate link to purchase services for yourself, your own company, or your family members.
- Brand Bidding: Bidding on Foxnett trademarked terms (e.g., "Foxnett hosting", "Foxnett coupons") in paid search networks like Google Ads or Bing Ads.
- Coupon Abuse: Promoting fake, expired, or unauthorized coupon codes to trick users into clicking your affiliate link.
- Spam: Promoting your affiliate link via unsolicited bulk email (spam) or violating any anti-spam legislation.
5. Account Termination
Foxnett reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Affiliate Terms, our general Terms of Service, or engaged in fraudulent behavior. Upon termination for cause, all pending and unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
